About Us
Flight Nutrition has been a Modesto staple since 2019 a neighborhood nutrition club where every shake is made fresh, every customer is treated like a regular, and every visit feels like home. Owner Danny started Flight Nutrition with a simple idea: bring high-quality, healthy food to the Modesto community in a way that's welcoming to everyone whether you're a fitness enthusiast, a busy parent, or just someone looking for a better breakfast option. Located on McHenry Ave in the heart of Modesto, we've spent the last five years helping our community reach their health and wellness goals one shake, one tea, and one power bowl at a time.

The protein smoothies, oatmeal, and donuts are all excellent—great taste without sacrificing nutrition. You can tell everything is made with quality ingredients, and the menu has a lot of variety depending on what you’re craving.
